
I am a regular woman with a family and full time job trying to lose some serious weight! This is my "before" picture. I am still working on my "after!"

I have about 20 more pounds to go till I get to my goal weight. But the closer I get to my goal the harder it is to eat less. I have no problems working out, I enjoy it, I do it about 6 times a week for at least an hour. I just need to get a better handle on my calorie intake. I have been going up an down the same 5 pounds since november 2009(partially because I like the way I look dressed, I am a size 6 or 8 now,depending on cut/style). I started my weight loss at 175(size 16) back in jan 2009. Now I am at 140. My lowest recorded weight in my adult life has been 137. My goal is 120, I am 5'2". Anyways enough about me. :)
I just wanted to thank you for your blog. Reading things like this gives me the push that I need to keep going. And I am gonna use some of your tips to help me get to my goal weight.
